Collapse Sequence (via Wreck and Salvage)
The weather was nasty so I left the video camera at home.  We were working on taking up a subfloor, when Ray, the excavator, drove his 30,000 lb rig up.  We weren’t expecting him till later in the week.It was a game time decision, but we decided to go ahead and attempt to push on it.  After the first push we were committed.  Ray was rocking about 20-25 tons of wood with that machine, trying different pressure points, pushing here, pulling there.  Finally, after a lot of coaxing, he put the bucket on the roof and pulled it down.My brother had his d40, and shot these.  It’s the only documentation.  It’s a huge relief to have it on the ground.
There are more photos of the whole thing here.
